Return Policy

4. Right of Withdrawal
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when shopping with us.

You must notify us within 14 days of receiving the package if you wish to cancel all or part of your purchase.

You can do this by logging into your customer account and navigating to your account page. Here, you will find a list of your recent orders and can choose "return" for the relevant order. You can then specify what you wish to return.

Alternatively, you can initiate the return process by contacting TANDEX A/S via tandex@tandex.dk.

If you have purchased multiple items from TANDEX A/S, you may return one or more items even if they were purchased under one order. Please note that delivery costs will not be refunded if you only cancel part of your purchase.

4.a. Returning Items
If you make use of the right of withdrawal, you must cover the shipping costs for returning the item. You are responsible for the item from the time of dispatch until it is received by us.

Return shipping costs depend on the weight and size of the item but are expected to be no more than approximately DKK 100.

4.b. Condition of the Item Upon Return
All products that, for health or hygiene reasons, cannot be resold if the packaging has been broken, cannot be returned.

Returns of such products must be made in the original and unopened packaging. You are only liable for any depreciation of the item due to handling other than what is necessary to determine its nature, characteristics, and functionality.

If the item has been tested beyond what is described above, we consider it used. This means that upon withdrawal, you may receive only part of or no refund, depending on the item's commercial value.

When returning items, it is important to send them as a package with a Track and Trace number so that the shipment can be tracked.
TANDEX A/S only replaces lost packages if they are sent as traceable packages.

4.c. Refund of Purchase Amount
If you cancel your entire purchase, the full amount will be refunded. In the event of a depreciation for which you are liable, this amount will be deducted from the refund.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (but not additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery we offer).

Refunds will be made without undue delay and no later than 14 days from the date we receive notice of your decision to withdraw from the agreement.

We will issue the refund using the same payment method that you used in the original transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise.

If you want the amount refunded to a bank account, please provide your registration and account number.

We may withhold the refund until we have received the returned item or you have provided documentation of having returned it.
